The Old Library by Lake Afton, Yardley's library building from 1878, is open 10am to 2pm on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. The Delaware Canal towpath also runs through town.

Yardley Farmers' Market
Saturdays 9am to noon in Buttonwood Park, May through November (enter on Buttonwood Drive off South Main Street; free parking). In winter it moves indoors to the LMT Community Center, 1550 Oxford Valley Road.
The Old Library by Lake Afton
Yardley's 1878 library building, cared for by the Yardley Historical Association, is open 10am to 2pm on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, or by appointment.
The canal towpath
The Delaware Canal and its towpath run right through Yardley. They're part of Delaware Canal State Park, run by the state (DCNR), not the borough.
Bike or walk to New Jersey
The Scudder Falls (I-295) Bridge has a 10-foot shared path you can ride across without getting off your bike, with ramps to the canal towpaths on both sides of the river.
